Cornbread Dressing Recipe Ingredients:

 * 2 dish (8 to 9-inch size) cornbread, hand crafted or use cornbread blend
 * 1 cup hacked celery
 * 1 cup hacked green onion
 * 1/2 cup hacked green pepper
 * 1 clove garlic, finely minced
 * 4 ounces spread
 * turkey giblets, discretionary
 * 2 cuts white bread
 * 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
 * 3 eggs, somewhat beaten
 * 6 canned tamales, crushed
 * 1/2 teaspoon salt
 * run ground cayenne pepper, or to taste
